The Maison holds long relationships with the Kingdom's most considered houses — Royal Mansour and Mamounia in Marrakech, Mandarin Oriental, Selman and Es Saadi just outside it, Naoura Barrière and La Sultana, the entire-property riad of El Fenn, and a quieter circle of private villas in the Palmeraie, Atlas and coast.
We also hold houses that are on no list — a family palace in the Medina opened by invitation, a villa in Essaouira without a public name, a farmhouse above Ourika. For stays where privacy is the premise, these are often what we propose.

We maintain a confidential file on every principal — temperature, pillows, scent, beverages, dietary preferences, the side of the bed you prefer. Every house we work with receives the relevant brief before your arrival. You never re-explain yourself.
For family stays, we arrange child-proofing, nanny profiles, dedicated housekeeping, and — when appropriate — a security-cleared staff member on the property throughout. Your own household staff can travel with you, and are accommodated separately.

Your manager re-opens your file. Temperature, pillows, scent, bathroom toiletries, mini-bar, beverages of preference, paper of choice.
Royal Mansour's head of house receives a detailed note. Suite choice confirmed. Specific paintings requested removed from the walls at a principal's request are pulled.
Housekeeper and butler briefed on dietary preferences, allergy protocol, language to use. Mini-bar stocked to the file. Fresh flowers cut — jasmine only, as on file.
Temperature raised to 22°C in winter, dropped to 19°C in summer. Humidity adjusted. Scent diffuser activated at 06:00 if morning arrival.
Head of house greets at the entrance, by name. Maison manager beside. You walk in; the room is exactly as if you had never left the last one.
